All the overhead lifts are hard with my shoulder; but I am so happy that my shoulders continue to get stronger. Today I chose the Push Press & went from 65# to 85# - truly CJ was the deciding factor because it's all mental for me and she truly helped me reach the 85#.Push Presses 85 lbs
