Wish I had more time. But emphasized for form, and held back my ego, more than usual. Plus another class was coming in, and the workout was too long. Nice to fling up some weight. thought of sneaking another set in, but held back. Another day, another workout to challenge myself. Push myself but not hurt myself. Didn't finish, I wonder what my last set could have been? 225, or 245lbs if done successful. I will wait. And have Coaches Ron or Dave yelling good things or bad things regarding my technique. Hopefully more good than bad. Thanks Kevin for being my lifting partner today.
