    Just finished 4 full weeks of the program....feeling strong. 255 for 8 was done so well.....felt great!

    felt so strong today! the weight felt a lot better compared to Tuesday. have never done 270 for multiple reps....this was awesome. 235 front squat at the very end was actually pretty easy for the first 2 reps. the 3rd rep was rough. racked it and came back in a minute later for the last 2 reps, which were also no problem. finished off with a 1/2 mile run.

    After I get Liv through the on ramp, I'm going to hit this one as well. The Burgener is great for strength but it doesn't help with the stamina for the long haul. oh man, I've created a monster with Liv. She's researching froning, has decided its time for a remodel in the gym, wants new equipment.....she's almost as obsessed as we are!!!!

    Oh I soooo want one of those. I'm sure its way better than SDHPs. I'm guessing Ill be able to get another bar and more bumpers and probably a roman chair. Oh and more mats. Kinda have to take it slow and not completely overwhelm her. Any guesses as to how long it takes for the convo to start on Crossfit when we're all at the lake?

    OMG, she just told me what she posted back to you about the games. Liv checks the tv guide and the games website DAILY as to the times for the games. I'm now convinced she is as obsessed as we are. Does Christie come anywhere close to our obsession? Liv went all the way through Tennessee on our trip checking the map to see how close we were to cookeville. Im not kidding!!

    Not rxd....the thought of doing 3 additional front squats is aweful. Will do this again next week and will use today as my welcome back to squats wod. My legs will be dead for a few days
