    I'm saying I pukie'd this cause I struggled with the pullups and you could probably count no rep on a few of them.

    First 2 rounds were nice and smooth and I blew through them but then got killed on the pull-ups. Psyched myself out I think and collapsed. Did an extra set of assisted pull-ups to make up for my embarrassing performance on the pull-up bar. Humbled again by Crossfit.
