Worst workout for me at the crossfit gym ever. Tried hard. Felt a harsh lactic acid burn in the abs. Almost left my mark at the gym with a pukie. Despite all the crazy workouts posted by the vadim, this one almost made me puke. I am glad my stomach was empty.
