47 reps | 8/5, 7/4, 5/4, 4/3, and 4/3 | Rx'd
I wanted to do the workout as prescribed. I pay the price for being heavier and hence more weight to pull-up and bench. We hardly bench at all at our gym. Wish I hadn't weighed myself right before the wod. Perhaps drinking beer last night wasnt the most Paleo of things to do before a workout. Wish I was 205lbs instead of the added beer weight and chubby weight I was today. Sucked it up and did my bench and pull-ups. Can improve of course. I despise that green band. Tried to avoid the kipping since I don't have the greatest of shoulders. Survived for another workout without getting hurt. Rory today was the man, with over 190 reps logged.
