20 minutes of push-ups... GO! 😆 Hadn't done this one in almost 3 years. Nice 2+ round PR... 🦋 pull-ups and air squats unbroken all rounds... push-ups unbroken 1st round (not a good idea but only 1 round), then 4/3/3 for 10 rounds and 3/3/2/2 for 5 rounds. No singles! 🙌🏼 Halfway mark: 8+5+10... Solo at the PD
