    Woo hoo, I got a 1# PR on my OHS...which is amazing considering I still haven't done any form of ankle mobility. Maybe one day I'll be able to move past the little kiddie weights. A boy can hope...a boy can hope. I, Joel Grace, do swear to perform significant ankle mobility work daily.

    Too bad I never do any ankle mobility like my awesome, awesome friend Lynn told me to. My OHS could be more than 45# if I would take the time to stretch and work those ankles. Sorry, Lynn, so sorry.
