Went with 135# instead of 95# for the push press. Need to chase people not get the best time at the box. The 135# got tough but I focused on knees out and staying off my toes as well as bringing the bar back down into the rack position each rep. First run was 1:20. Felt good to run even though it was hot out. Did this about 20 minutes after a nasty EMOM for 12 minutes with 2 reps 275# squat clean on odd minutes & 2 muscle ups with 2 dips and 2 ghd sit ups on even minutes. Pretty crushed after this. Toes to bar slowed me down big time.
