Cut the knees to elbow down to 5 so that I wouldn't spend all my time there. Even then, they were really knees to armpit height. Rowed about a 1:38 pace rounds 1 and 2. Rowed a 1:28 round 3. Next time I should probably try low 1:30 every round.
