74# thruster (Tried 84# first, but it was too heavy and switched after 2 reps). 10 R pull-up/10 P dip sub for muscle ups. Hit my front tooth during one of the thrusters and got whipped by the band during the dips, but I'm alright! Felt so slow and tired, I bet it's because of what I ate right before :(. Runs were harder than usual and had to stop to catch my breath. First day of breaking in new shoes.
