Wore 20# vest with Jpaw and nick. Sit ups broke me off with that vest. Unbroken pull ups all rounds. Unbroken push ups 3 rounds. Sit ups so hard. Squats fast. Never really got tired just couldn’t go on the sit ups. 8 seconds slower than my best with no vest.
