Front seat on the struggle bus today! 🚌😓 Did this solo at PD, just like last time, but 3+ minutes slower today... knew from round 1. Pull-ups 10/5/5 for 2 rounds, then 5's and 3's... push-ups were 5/5, then mostly 3's... sit-ups unbroken... air squats had a few quick pauses rounds 3-5
