Today's WOD reminded me a bit of Beast 12 on Saturday. Scaled total: 100ft walking lunge, 50 push-ups, 50 double unders, 25 knees to elbows, 10 half rope climbs, 50 box jumps on 24" Box, 25 Overhead Squat at 65#, 25 L-pull-ups (tough and took forever), 50 sit ups.
