Push-ups sucked and I know were ugly, did single single double for DU's, knees were in between elbows and armpit, L pull-ups were jumping chin-ups. Lunges, rope climbs, box jumps, overhead squats, and situps as prescribed. Several times when I thought the reps would never end!
