Today showed me that I really need to work on this lift. My 1 Rep Max was 80# but I didn't feel strong enough doing 75, 80, 85% of that. I did 50, 55, and 60# so actually did 65, 70, 75%. Will definitely work on this one!5 Overhead Squats 50 lbs 5 Overhead Squats 55 lbs 5 Overhead Squats 60 lbs
