did push ups on the bench but rx weight! felt good!! got a bit mixed up counting rounds so went with lower score.5x 3:00 AMRAP: 3 Power Cleans, 95 lbs 6 Push-ups 9 Air Squats Resting 1 min in between each AMRAP.

did 12 whole rounds. averaged about 2 1/2 per every 3 minutes! first time power cleaning from the ground, did at 35kg they felt good, push up on knees. goal to work really hard on push up progression so i can try for RX next time :)5x 3:00 AMRAP: 3 Power Cleans, 95 lbs 6 Push-ups 9 Air Squats Resting 1 min in between each AMRAP.
