Squats could have been faster for a better time.5x 3:00 AMRAP: 3 Power Cleans, 135 lbs 6 Push-ups 9 Air Squats Resting 1 min in between each AMRAP.

Did these rnds: 5/5/5/4/4 + 4rnds (broken between rnds) and 2 squats. Squats slowed me down but did everything unbroken at the same pace throughout. Well rested and good nutrition paying off. Calculations don't make sense but total reps were right (497)5x 3:00 AMRAP: 3 Power Cleans, 135 lbs 6 Push-ups 9 Air Squats Resting 1 min in between each AMRAP.
