Finished 1st set of DU’s at 1:57. Already tired starting OHS. I think I did 7/2/4/3/2/2. Finished 2nd set of DU’s at 9:38. Rested for a good minute, then 3 MU attempts. I can swing good 🐒, just not aggressive with my kip (plus haven’t worked on them). Did this after 12 hour workday + 1.5 hrs in traffic
