Done cold, in honor of Brian M.; also 'cause I am just lazy in general. Ate a Burger King gut-bomb about an hour prior and almost puked throughout the sit-ups. The last four sets of both the pull-ups and push-ups were killers, but the squats flew by. Average numbers per each round - Pull-ups: 15.375; Push-ups: 19.5; Sit-ups: 13.875; Squats: 18.25.
