20 min time cap - didn’t finish, had 8 more box jumps to go on the last set shin splints started acting up so switched to 20 inch box after the first 10 box jumps chest to bar pull ups getting muuuuch better! was able to string 3-5 at a time - huge improvement from only being able to do one at a time hahaha
