Delfin NevesPsU were the weak point, last 5 rounds I was stretching shoulders out but only broke on the last 2 rounds. Started with a rough on the :45 pace though I didn't use a timer. This became more like 10-15 sec rest towards the end.May 08, 2013
Delfin NevesDid 1st 2 rounds back to back them went EMOM. The pushups were the weak point as ever. Also on many rounds it was about 5 reps into the squats before I got fast. Some pullup rounds didn't have good form & it felt like bad.October 15, 201220 rounds of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats plus a partial round of: 5 Pull-ups 7 Push-ups 0 Air Squats
