Notes

I was close to utter failure on the last 2 reps. The only thing that kept me going was the thought of it crashing down on my head or (worse) crashing down in to the garden and making an even deeper hole that I'm going to have to fill in soon (again!). I do think I had 80kg in me there, perhaps only for 5 reps but I know it's there; surely it's an obvious assumption that if I can do 20 x Strict Handstand Push Ups then I should easily manage 80kg? It doesn't seem to work that way though, why not?!
