5 OHS (80#), unbroken all 5 rounds... 80# barbell walking lunge on my back. Brought the barbell down to back rack straight from OHS the 1st round and smashed my shoulders, couldn't cushion it with that wide grip. Dropped it for rounds 2-5 before popping it onto my back. Rested too long between movements; this tired me out, couldn't catch my breath.
