A little discouraging because I accidentally did an extra 12 deadlifts in the 4th round and I let it mess with me mentally. Improving slowly on some of my form issues but I have to focus on mobility to speed up the progress. I still need to work on being consistent with my movements when I am tired. This is one of those Wods that put me in check.
