wb: 40, 12, 10, 10, 10, 10, 8. mu: 6, 5, 5, 4, 5, 4, 4, 4, 3. row: 10, 10, 60 (rested for a sec on the 10s for the last 60). 9am. The thought was to attack the wallballs early, and only do rowing when I was having to rest too long, but i regret the two sets of rowing I did do. If I ever redo, I would save all the rowing for the end even though it will be very slow. The 20 cals I did do was super slow (900ish) and super slow on and off the rower. Taking a few more sec of rest and continuing mu/wb would have actually been more efficient.
