1 full round more than 3 months ago, lifetime PR... pull-ups unbroken all the way. Push-ups 3/3/2/2 for rounds 1-4, 3/2/2/2/1 for rounds 5-6, then died and did 2 + singles for the remainder. Air squats fast/unbroken all rounds.... felt a little bit sluggish with trying to fight off a head cold, but tried to push. Had 6.5 rounds at 10 min, 1/2 round more than last time at 10 min.
