A whole hell of a lot faster than last time. Maybe I did something wrong. I measured the distance and felt like I did the sets right...maybe I went faster or maybe I missed something...not sure

  • Clock malfunction...stopped at 15:00 Also, i did not complete workout because i thought that 1pullup was the last thing to do, so i missed a run, 50 double unders and a bear crawl I told several others that as well Oh well, good workut anyway
