I debated going for a big set to start. Finally, I decided to try 4 sets of 25 Today, I decided to try 4 sets of 25 Which wasn’t. It was 2 sets of 25, 15,10, 10,10,5 It comes down to the pullups for me. I was doing Situps while Rusty was finishing his pullups This was the best I have ever felt in this workout. The 10,000 pushups last month really helped. The pullups this month has really helped too, but nothing has helped more than going from 191 lbs to 177. This should be a reminder that if I want to compete at a high level, getting my bodyweight to 170 is probably more important than putting 10 pounds on my snatch
