Love OHS. Did several extra sets at 135, got the first lift at 150 right at parallel, failed on the second attempt. Need to really work on getting depth. after the 150, I dropped to 95 and did a few sets focusing on getting to the bottom. that was good.

  • Started too heavy, didn't warm up enough, didn't sleep well, it was cold outside... I need to go with a lower weight and keep my chest up and get to full depth. Needs work...

  • Tried 190 again for last set but failed on the jerk... Lost bar forward as I tried to catch it on shoulders and ended up getting pulled forehead first into the ground with bar on back of my head. Good times.

  • Got 185 for 2!! Tried it again and just got one, so dropped back to 155. Was pretty spent at that point. Very happy with this.
