I have to add an asterisk: I did this at home during the lockdown. I actually finished at 12:05 on the clock. However, about half way through, two little kids rolled up into my driveway on tricycles and I didn't want to scare them with dropping weight, so I stopped. I didn't start again for 45 seconds. I deducted 30 seconds from my time.
