high bar. belt and knee sleeves. first time squatting heavy since being sick. prob not the best day to go for a PR. warmed up with 135/155/185/225/275. 315 felt good so i went for 340. only made it 1/4 ways up. dropped weight to 335 <--FAil. 330 <--FAIL. 325# i finally hit!!!! recorded it on phone but stupid iPhone ran out of space before catching the lift.
