I need to work on strategy for longer AMRAPS like this. I went too fast out of the gate and too slow in the middle. I think I could have gotten to 17 if I started slower and steadily increased my pace

  • A pretty big step backward from 6 months ago. Cardio wasn't a huge problem, but I really struggled on muscle ups. I bet I had 10-15 misses today. Need to do some weighted pull ups and dips, I think.
