Did 75# OHS (20# over RX, but competitor RX was 105#)... all OHS unbroken. Could NOT for the life of me get du's today! Ran 3.5 miles Saturday, first distance run since ankle sprain 3 months ago. Felt okay then, but ankle/achilles really felt unstable/tight yesterday, and was really bothering me a lot on the du's. Couldn't get more than 3-5 at a time.
