After having my Crossfit street cred called out, I had to throw down a 6:15 Fran. While being far from "Eleeeete" it was a whole min faster than last time, I've been sick for 2 weeks & haven't done a "metcon" in almost a year. Maybe I should learn the butterfly pullup so I can get an even faster Fran time, oh wait, they don't test Fran at Olympic Lifting meets, nevermind.
