Fun but brutal Wod. Hit this after rowing intervals and hspu emom. Started with 52 box jumps on round one. Burprees I surprisingly was smooth and steady the whole minute each time. Snatches weren't bad. Used a 30lb Slam Ball for the wall balls, which was death. Crushed the doubles each round, never getting less than 90.
