Holy Fran cough! 4 second PR -- I'm pretty sure I could have gone faster if I'd been better rested. Worked OT until 0200, and through the whole WOD kept thinking "I'm tired. This is heavy. It's hot." Only did 3 to start, then singles. Hit 20 reps at 2:34. Needed to get back on the bar faster and keep my core tight (back kept arching). Thank you Claudia for keeping me on it!
