Did this with Team #kinnickbutter on Saturday. It was an alternating EMOM. Odd minute - 1 hang squat clean + 2 front squats. Even minute - 1 power clean & 2 push jerk. I did split jerk most of the time. This was a lot of fun. Went easy on the overhead.
