275# DL: 10 unbroken, 4/3/3, 4/3/3, ring dips: 1st set no bands, 2nd and 3rd set used a band, 60 single unders per round. Post WOD: 3x8 DB skull crushers (25#), 100 Tate press (15#), tried to do 4x L sits but arms were crushed from ring dips, skipped em.
