First run 3:15, last run 4:15. Jake had me work on my technique. I need to pull a little slower from the bottom position and keep the bar close as it passes my knees. Things are starting to click and I am seeing some results. Started out great on c&j but everything went out the window at rep 15 or 16. Nice to hit a pr even though my runs were as slow as molasses.
