    Another blast from the past. Last did this Hero WOD 3 years ago (Nov 2010) with only 135# deadlift and knee push-ups. Did 185# deadlifts today and legit push-ups, and was only 6 reps short of the same score :) Deadlifts unbroken all rounds. Push-ups 4/3/3/3 for rounds 1-7, 4/3/2/2/2 round 8, then 3/3/3/2/2 for rounds 9-13. Box jumps were jump up, jump down, but I wouldn't say I rebounded... Alone at the PD.
