This was a lot of fun! Did this after running a 5k & hitting my safety bar squats. Went 2 power cleans at a time then right into consecutive thrusters with no pause. Felt really solid on the thrusters. Maybe we should have done it with 185# or 205#. Oh well. Splits were 1:49, 2:18, 2:24, 2:33, 2:26.
