Matt benchmark of 50,75,100,100. Used a big towell for abmat pushups. Had terrible transition times. Unanchored feet on situps. Took 5 min for situps, know I can do that faster. 30 straight pullups, 75 squars, 50 situps, 15 pushups.50 Pull-ups 75 Push-ups 100 AbMat Sit-ups 100 Air Squats

Forgot to register today for class. Did my benchmark angie instead, 50-75-100-100. Didn't have a proper abmat, had to do it with a towel. Crushed the pullups, but pushups really slowed me.
