Did this at Ontario, because I overslept and missed the 6 am :( But I PR'd by 35 seconds! Round splits 3:17, 3:50, 4:10... Tried to push the runs. My gameplan quickly went from catch Sean to don't let George catch me, lol. KBS unbroken all rounds. Pull-ups 5/4/3, 4/4/4, 3/3/3/3.
