Did this with nick, maine, and elyse as a 20 min OTM every 2 minutes do 1 power snatch + 1 squat snatch + 1 ohs without dropping the bar. Worked up to 225. Left wrist was feeling weird but handled it. Worked up after and go to 240#. Then kept going up with nick and 245-260 looked the same. Need to build more consistency. Felt good to have a little extra rest to attack the bar and go heavier. #kinnick #buttercrew
