    RX'd except for HSPU -- 10 box HSPU, 15 deadlift (175#), 25 box jumps, 50 pull-ups, 100 wall balls (14#), 200 double-unders, 400m run with 25# plate -- wall balls took me FOREVER (11:41-22:36), finished du's at 31:55 (mostly 8-10's) -- 3:54 slower this time for full weight/reps (last time only did 153# DL, band pu's, and only 50 du's)
