Notes

Legs weren't feeling very strong but my confidence was up and the bar seemed to be moving well. Wasn't feeling well and not sure I would finish. Just focused on each set. Started at 215 which is much heavier than last time of 205. Will start at 215 next time. Built up a little fast but I felt good. Need to focus on thinking power snatch and then catching. Happy with this performance. Getting more and more confident and comfortable with my squat snatch.
