Notes

Didn't get the WOD done today - was supposed to be 3 heavy cleans, 6 ring dips, 9 box jumps and 27 double unders. Did lots of work on the clean - was planning on doing 30kgs when I walked through the box door - HOWEVER Batch had different thoughts haha. In practice managed 50kgs - and then failed at 55kg. Left the weight on the bar and WOD was to be attempts at the heavier weight. Well, I have been known to be a little stubborn - I wanted to get that lift - so did one round of the WOD and then got stuck on the cleans - anyone who thinks lifting is not a work out is WRONG. Unfortunately, after lots of frustration, a little swearing and a possible masectomy I didn't get the 55kg. After the WOD I stripped back the weight to 45kg and kept going up in small increments. Failed at 53kgs - amazing how 1kg can make a difference. Extremely happy to be pushed, considering my squat clean 1RM is 55kg, bloody pleased with todays result
