Oh Cindy! I swear this always feels like 20 minutes of push-ups... pull-ups and air squats both fast & unbroken every round. Push-ups are my kryptonite: 4/3/3 for rounds 1-2, 3/3/2/2 for rounds 3-4, then mostly 3/2/2/singles or 3/2/singles... 19 rep PR, finally broke out of 12 rounds :) Did this solo at the PD, but at least had Dom for company doing a different WOD. Had 7 rounds even at 10 minutes.
