I love this workout. Why you ask. This is one of the workouts that pushes me physically and mentally. I get so Oxygen depleted my lips and tongue tingle. My forearms get so pumped from the grip on the cranking out the kipping pull ups the tips of my fingers tingle! on the last set of thrusters my hips and legs start to shake from exhaustion. This work out does it for me!!! I always go in to Fran thinking I am going to destroy it and end exhausted, mentally almost broken and collapsed gasping for air on the floor dripping in sweat.
